Reportedly, the lawsuit has been filed in a Californian district court against numerous parties, including the surviving members of the band, Kurt Cobain’s widow Courtney Love, and the record labels that released or distributed the album in the last three decades. He might have appeared to celebrate his association over the years on occasion but as a 30-year-old-man, he is taking the living members to court! He is suing the band, claiming he was sexually exploited as a child, reports The Guardian. Spencer Elden has been famous since he was four months old all thanks to rock band Nirvana and their iconic cover design of Nevermind that features him naked.
